Review: ergoPouch

About:
Created by a mom who had a particularly unsettled baby and didn't sleep much even after they went to Sleep School. Nothing seemed to work. Desperate to help everyone all get a better night's sleep, she got out her sewing machine and made the very first ergoPouch sleeping bag. It worked. Babies could move around the cot without getting tangled and the bag keeps them snug and sleeping peacefully all night.
After the birth of her second baby, she noticed he loved being wrapped, but was definitely a houdini. He'd wriggle out of his swaddle and wake himself up on a regular basis, so the sewing machine came out once again. She developed the ergoCocoon swaddle as a way of keeping him securely wrapped without the need for an origami lesson.
In fact, their swaddles are perfect for babies who have hip dysplasia as they can be used with legs free if needed, while still keeping the arms comfortably swaddled.
Our Thoughts:
Swaddling is great for just about every baby, but are you uncomfortable wrapping them? Afraid you'll wrap them wrong, or that baby will wriggle out during the night? Is the blanket you have them wrapped in to heavy? Do you need another blanket on top of them to keep them warm? ergoPouch has all those questions answered for you can rest easy.
I love my ergoPouch, and so does little miss. It's light weight, breathable, and soft! I don't have to worry about her unwrapping herself with the zipper, and I don't have to unwrap her completely for a diaper change thanks to the double zipper feature. The quality and craftsmanship of our ergoPouch
is wonderful, and I swear it gets softer each time I wash it.

There are several different types to choose from, and different thicknesses. Older kids can take advantage of ergoPouch pajamas, as well as sleeping bags.
