USANA Health Sciences just introduced their new line of gluten-free protein snacks that will not only keep your kid full, but satisfy their sweet tooth too! The new protein snacks are non-GMO, contain no trans-fats, and come in three yummy flavors including Choco Chip, Peanutty Bliss, and Fudge Delite.

These soft and chewy snacks each contain at least 11 grams of protein and are all under 180 calories—ensuring your children aren’t packing in unnecessary calories.

My Thoughts

When you're a busy mom whose constantly on the go, sometimes its hard to find time to eat a full meal. I know that there are many times I've skipped breakfast or lunch and tried to survive on just a cup of coffee.  The USANA protein bars are great for moments when you just can't stop. These high protein snacks are filling enough to hold you over until dinner, but they have only 180 calories in each bar. They also give you the energy you need to get through the day.

For kids, the protein bars make a great after school snack. The come in three flavors kids love including Choco Chip, Peanuttery Bliss, and Fudge Delight. My kids enjoyed munching on one of these bars when they got home from school. It kept them satisfied until diner and its a healthier alternative than sugary snacks. Even though they are gluten free and have no trans-fat, they are packed with flavor. Your kids will feel like they're getting junk food, but you'll know better. The USANA Protein bars are definitely a great choice for parents and kids alike.
