My Thoughts
Being both a "Jersey Girl" and a long time fan of General Hospital, there was no way I was going to miss out on this documentary. There are few musicians who are able to carry their art over to acting, but Rick Springfield is one who excels at both. This documentary gives you a behind the scenes look at the man behind the music. You'll get to go backstage at his concerts, hear in depth interviews, and see a side of Rick you've never saw before, but which will make you love him all the more.
The documentary centers primarily around seven hardcore fans who follow Rick Springfield while he's on tour, and whom he has a special bond with. These special fans teach us that Rick is more than just a heart throb whose had women swooning since the 80's. His music has touched many lives and changed them for the better, which is all any true artist really wants to accomplish with their work.
