Our Thoughts
When I first started watching the prenatal videos I thought, yeah right... Like I'm going to be able to keep this up through out my pregnancy. I do admit, I started off slowly and have slowly increased my workouts seeing that I didn't really have a good workout regimen. I've noticed that even though I'm a little more than half way through my pregnancy at this point I can still feel the changes in my body. They're positive changes too! It's been nice to be able to feel just a bit better and not have my back hurt like it did with previous pregnancies. This is also helping me keep my weight gain in check a bit too. I have viewed the postnatal videos and am excited to be able to get to the point once baby is here that I can start doing those workouts. Since my second son's birth I've been looking for something that would help with the extra skin that I ended up with from his c-section. Hopefully this will take care of some of that... I may have to follow up this fall and let you all know how it goes!
If you're looking for a workout video that isn't super strenuous and will make you feel a lot better during your pregnancy, this is it in my opinion! You can check out The Dia Method by clicking here.
