My Thoughts 

I live in a small country where food options are limited. I can't get many organic vegetables, and I certainly can't find any quality meats. So I was excited to have the opportunity to try out Beetnik. Their foods come straight from the farm, and are delivered right to your door. I received a four course meal that my husband and I enjoyed for our anniversary.  The main entree was the Bacon Wrapped Beef Tenderloin. I am not a big meat eater, but this was worth making an exception for. Each tender morsel practically melts in your mouth, and the bacon around it gives it lots of extra flavor. However, what I loved the most about this beef is that its made from all natural, free roaming, grass fed cows and nitrate free bacon.  It even came with some barbeque sauce, but I thought it tasted way too good on its own to bother with condiments.

Our bag of Capri Mixed Veggies included a blend of carrots, green beans, squash and zucchini. Each vegetable is picked fresh and frozen. There are no preservatives needed. When heated, they are still fresh as can be. The carrots were crispy and they all tasted like I just picked them from the garden myself.

For our starch, we had a succulent Triple Cheese Twice Baked Potato. This was just so darn tasty. Its packed with flavor and filled with cheesy goodness. Just heat it up and its ready to go. A fast and easy side dish that is perfect for a special occasion or for a casual family meal.

Finally, we had dessert. The heart shaped brownies were the perfect way to end our anniversary dinner. They were a little bit of chocolate heaven. Some of their other dessert options include cheesecakes and scones. 

In addition to the dinner options, Beetnik's also offers breakfast, Paleo meals, gluten free menus and holiday themed selections. I loved everything I tried and I definitely plan on ordering again in the near future.  I wish I could purchase from them exclusively but prices are a little high for a family of six.
