With four kids home for summer vacation, I sometimes feel like I'm losing my mind. Someone is always screaming or fighting. Most days, I try to take them out to the beach, to the pool, on nature trails etc. But there are some days when that is just impossible. Days like today when the heat index is 115 degrees or when the thunder and lightening are crackling the sky. Those are days when Redbox is my best friend. We have one right at our local Acme, and I can pick up a few fun movie for the kids to watch while I'm picking up the groceries. Some of our favorite selections often come from Phase 4 Films. Their titles are affordable and kids of all ages will enjoy them. Her are some of the titles that are out already this summer:

My family received a Rainy Day SOS kit loaded with all of these fantastic titles, and they have been enjoying them immensely. I can pop any one of these DVDs in and they are instantly memorized, especially my toddler who has watched Space Dogs at least a dozen times. There were also blankets for snuggling, M & Ms for snacking, and cards to occupy them between films. This kit was defnitely a life saver for me, and the only reason my house is clean right now!
