As a writer of fantasy, I often find inspiration in the beautiful artwork of others. I have a little corner in my room that is my workspace. Its where I hand write the first draft of all my books. In that corner, I have all my favorite statues, carvings, crystals, and art prints of all things mystical including Goddesses, Gods, elves, and whimsical fairies. The beautiful art prints by Brigid Ashwood Art & Designs would certainly make a wonderful addition to my collection. This is the type of art work that will make any one's imagination soar.

The thing that initially attracted me Brigid's etsy shop, was her Celtic designs. Of course this would appeal to me as a Celtic Wiccan, and its especially interesting now that I am just finishing up a new book that tries into Celtic traditions. One of my favorite pieces is her rendition of the Green Man, which would be a great addition to any Beltane altar. Of course, the fairy prints would be fitting as well. All of Brigid's art is so incredibly detailed. The eyes of the Greenman feel like they are studying you, and the fairy's wings really seem to shimmer. These two prints are definitely pleasant reminders that spring and the rebirth it brings are never far away.
