Our Thoughts: We received a copy of Zumba Fitness rush at just the right time. I am starting the NutriSystem diet and exercise is an importunate part of the equation. With four kids, its not easy for me to get to the gym, so most of my exercise is done at home. This game helps give me the direction I need. I have also always wanted to try Zumba but I don't think I would have had the courage to try it in public. With this game, you can follow virtual instructors and work at your own pace. The game even tracks how many calories you burned. My two older children love it too, and its been a great way for us to bond and get in shape at the same time. There are 42 routines and 24 international dance styles, making every work out a little unique. The hands free action makes you forget its a video game at all. This game is a great way to get yourself up and moving while they are stuck inside for the winter.
