First Dog DVD Review

My son loves dogs and he has always enjoyed any movie that involves them. So I knew that First Dog would be a great choice for him. This is a movie that will take your entire family on a spirited journey.  Danny Millbright is a quiet foster child who finds a lost dog. Even though no one else believes him, he knows the dog is special. This dog is  Teddy, the first dog, who belongs to the president's family.  Danny is determined to get his new four legged friend back home no matter what the cost. Together they face danger and adventure and along the way make lots of interesting friends. Its a wonderful movie that teaches you to believe in yourself and is the perfect choice for family movie night.

In addition to a heart warming tale, First Dog also offers a little something special that every country music fan is going to love. There are several original songs by country music legend Dolly Parton that will leave you tapping your toes. The cast which includes Eric Roberts, Tiny Lister, and John Paul Howard give an all star performance. And of course Teddy does a great job too.
