Summer Birthday Bash! K'NEX Sesame Street Rainy Day, Sunny Day and Chilly Day Review

My toddler has loved playing with her blocks since she could first sit up. She amazes me with how quickly she can snap the over-sized blocks together and create abstract works of art. But as she gets older, she is getting bored with the large blocks and their limited options. Lately she has been grabbing at her older brother's K'NEX sets. But those are way to complicated for such a little girl. Luckily, K'NEX has the perfect solution for this in between stage. The Sesame Street sets are perfect for toddlers and come with all the characters they love from one of their favorite shows.

We were lucky enough to receive three of the newest Sesame Street K'NEX sets to review--Rainy Day, Sunny Day, and Chilly Day. They are based on the different weather patterns and a great way to teach kids about the changes in the seasons. They are smaller sets that come with one character each and a few extra pieces to make a little background of the weather. They feature two of my daughter's best friends, Elmo and Cookie Monster. The blocks are just the right size for chubby toddler fingers. The pieces are easy to snap together and don't fall apart easily. So once they have them together, its easy for them to play pretend.
