This one is a little more work than usual. First, you will have to like Neti Pot on face book. On the left hand side there is a tab that says "Free Neti Pot". Clicking this will bring you to the NeilMed Pharmaceuticals website. There is a form to fill out and a quiz to take. You have to get all the right answers but it will tell you if you're wrong and let you pick again. It also asks for your doctor's info, but you can just put N/A in all the spots for that. Then hit submit and you should be good today. Just make sure no spots are blank.
