My little girl has such a big heart. She has been growing her hair long for as long as I can remember. I don't think we ever did more than trim the ends. Yesterday she decided she wanted to donate her hair to Locks for Love. Of course, her silly mom was so emotional about it that I completely forgot to bring my camera to the salon to get a picture of her with the pony tail. But just yesterday her hair was all the way down to the middle of her back. She is very proud of her donation and I think she looks so cute and grown up with her new hair cut. I miss her long hair a little, but its nice to know it is going to such a good cause.

My husband & both have done LOL (Locks of Love ) for a long time! My husband is donating his ponytail too- and the Eagles Club is going to be auctioning it off to raise more awareness & money for them.

She looks beautiful! :) And what a generous heart she has! Not many girls would think to do that...you have a lot to be proud of in her, that's for sure! I don't blame you for being emotional...I would have been, too.
