Summer Birthday Bash! Zobmondo Games Review

Family game night is an important part of our week. And in the summer, game night is almost every night since bedtime is later and there is no homework. We recently added a few new games to our collection from Zobmondo which really added a fun new twist.

The  You Gotta be Kidding Would You Rather Game is so much fun! The object of the game is to get to the finish line first. But getting their is only half the challenge. Along the way, you are posed with ridiculous what if questions that will sometimes make you laugh and sometimes gag. Like "Would you rather get a nosebleed or a loud case of the hiccups." Whoever reads the questions needs to try to guess what the other players would rather do and gets to move forward on the board if they are correct.

In addition to the "Would You Rather" questions, there are also challenge cards. You might have to draw a picture and have the other players guess what it is. Or play "Toss the Pepper" with the chili pepper that comes with the game. Whoever is holding it when it screams is the only one who doesn't get to move forward. Then there are 'Do It" challenges that have dares of them. My daughter had to dance with a mop and she and her brother were hysterical. I really think this was the most exciting game we have ever played.

We also received the Lady Bug Game, which is great interactive game for parents and children. The object of the game is to help the four little Ladybugs find their way home. There is a story to read with the kids.  Along they way they encounter challenges likes high grass, praying mantis, aphids and ants. This is a fun and educational game for kids that will help them develop reading and counting skills. And the really cool thing that is was created by a first grader named Kylie who loves lady bugs.
