Delta Faucet Review

When you think of faucets, Delta is probably one of the first names that comes to your mind. There is a good reason for that. Delta has been creating quality kitchen and bathroom fixtures for generations. My stepfather used to run a hardware store and Delta was always his first recommendation to his customers. This is because they last forever and their prices are more reasonable than some of the other big name brands. So of course I was excited to get the chance to review one of their faucets.

For our review, we received the Single Handle Pull-Out Spray Kitchen Faucet.  This simple yet elegant faucet will add a touch of flare to any kitchen.  I chose this one because of the unique pull out faucet. I have a small countertop so I don't want any excess mechanisms cluttering it up. With this item, I have the faucet and the sprayer in one fuctional package. The hose attached to the faucet  is nice and long. It not only reaches inside the sink where I rinse my vegstables but also reaches around the back of the sink to water my house plants.

Because I am installation impaired, the task of installing the faucet fell to my wondreful  husband.  Our old faucet had been leaking for a few weeks. )Just a note that that faucet, which came with the house when it was built just three years ago, was NOT a Delta and did not last very long at all!) Since we were having this issue, my husband didn't procrastinate on getting the beautiful new Delta faucet installed. The instructions were simple to follow. You won't need to worry about your man causing a "Home Improvement" moment if he tries to do it himself. In under an hour, he had it hooked up and working perfectly. Its been about a week, and we've had no problems.

If you are looking to upgrade your kitchen or bathroom, Delta has hundreds of faucets and shower heads to choose from. Whether you are going for the traditional look or something more modern, you are sure to find just what you are looking for. You can view their extensive collection online, or check for a retailer near you. While you're there, make sure to enter their "Make a Mess" contest for a chance to win a touchless faucet. To keep up with future promotions, become their fan on face book.
