Last Rose of the Year

With everyone else posting about their first snow fall, I thought I'd talk a little about our weather here at the Jersey Shore.  Its getting cooler, but still about 50 degrees right now. Cool enough to need a jacket, but not cold enough yet for gloves and hats.   The picture above is the last rose left on my rose bush.  I think its amazing that I still have roses in December.  Gotta love the mild climate here.  We usually only get snow once or twice a year, and that's fine with me because I hate driving in the snow.
