My Thoughts

In Rayman Legends, our hero wakes after a hundred year nap to find things aren't quite what he remembered. Before he can wipe the sleep from his eyes, he finds himself helping his friends fight to save the universe from annihilation. There are five different worlds to conquer. In each one, Rayman and his friends will face a lots of challenges and will have to fight big bosses to free the Teenies. Some of the worlds include castles and space scenes. There are also maps that open up mini games with the Teeenies. In the Wii U version, up to five people can play and they will enjoy both the traditional type game play and some new action that is rhythm based and even an invasion mode.

My son really loved playing this game. The quest to save the universe is exciting and along the way, you can collect tokens to unlock new characters. We haven't found them yet, but there are even a few Mario Brother costumes around somewhere. The graphics are bold and seem to jump right from the screen and the storyline is engaging. The worlds gradually become more challenging as you progress, but never get too frustrating.  Rated E for everyone, Rayman Legends in an exciting game that kids of all ages can enjoy.
