Review & Giveaway: Yiftee App

A brand new innovative company is making it easier to send fun gifts - right to someone's cell phone to pick up.  I thought you might have interest in featuring this cool find, along with a reader giveaway.

Yiftee lets consumers send real gifts (most under $20) to friends, family and colleagues quickly and easily via email, mobile and social networks. Yiftee gifts are small items - think latte, glass of wine, lunch, manicure, etc. - that the recipients pick up using their smart phones and tablets. What’s more, through Yiftee your readers can help support small businesses. Yiftee was originally created to help drive traffic to small/independently-owned businesses and boost local economies.

Our Thoughts

Yiftee is a fun and interesting App. There are not many places around me that have the ability to use Yiftee just yet but the places that do are loving having the App. 

Being a customer, it's really easy to use when redeeming. It's so simple!  You open Yiftee on your smartphone, pull up your gifts, and click on received and redeem. The cashier will take the "credit card" numbers off the phone, run it as a card and voila! You're done! So simple!  It was very, very easy to use at our local coffee shop when I was redeeming the review! 

This is easy to use as a giver too. Just punch in the zip code to find places around the receiver to find a place they can go to use the card and purchase. Or you can use the user email or Facebook name to send a certain amount as a gift to allow the user to choose their own place of redemption!  

I will say that this App may be something I use for Christmas this year for those that are extremely difficult to buy for so they can get what they want or need. I absolutely love this App!
