MiniMeBakery Review & Giveaway

When it comes to desert, I have a gourmet palette.  The problem is, where I live, there are no good bakeries, and the grocery store just doesn't offer the kind of selection I am looking for. There are hundreds of online bakeries that charge a fortune, but if you want gourmet goodies for a fraction of the cost, a great place to shop is a little Etsy shop called MiniMeBakery. They have a huge selection of delightful treats that will leave your mouth watering for more.





For my review, I picked out the Perfect Mini Bite Cake Pops. They are available in three delectable flavors including Coconutty-Goodness, Lemon-Licious, and Best Darn Carrot Cake. I went with the coconut because they sounded like a good summer treat. I was definitely right. These are a mouthful of heaven. They are like a combination of cake and candy with just a little toasted coconut on top. I love that they are bite size because they satisfy the craving for something sweet without overdoing it.  In addition to the great taste, they also look so pretty! Plus they only cost $12.50 for a dozen!




In addition to the Cake Pops, MiniMeBakery surprised me with a few other choice samples to try out.  I was sent a sample pack of their Spring Flower Mini Sugar Cookies, and they are just so cute, almost I hated to eat them.  They come in a variety of flower shapes like sunflowers, water pots,  daisies and more.  They also sent me their candied pecans, and OMG, they are amazing! I can't believe I ate the whole bag in one sitting. They are huge pecans sprinkled with sea salt and cinnamon, toasted to perfection. They are the perfect combination of salty and sweet and make a great anytime snack.

There are only a few examples of the amazing products available at MiniMeBakery. They also have tarts, black & white cookies, ginger snaps, shortbread and more. The variety is amazing and the quality is undeniable.My package arrived in a lovely decorative box and even had a ice pack inside to ensure there was no melting since the weather is getting warmer.
