If you want to keep those New Year's resolutions to lose weight, but you don't want to give up great taste, then you really need to check out Vitalicious. They have a great selection of 100 calorie treats that are sure to please even the most finicky eaters.

For my review, I was sent a huge variety pack that included a box of brownies and a whole selection of their muffin tops. My kids tried out the brownies and they didn't notice any difference between them and our regular brand. I've noticed my daughter is gaining weight so I'm glad to find a brownie that she can eat with lower calories. I persoanlly LOVE the muffin tops. I've been eating them every morning since they arrived on Monday and each flavor is better than the next. I especially love the Deep Chocolate and the Apple Berry. None of them taste like diet food at all, and even after freezing them, they still tasted fresh once I heated them up.

Besides, being low in calories and tasting great, Vitalicious products are also high in fiber and protein, trans fat free, and have no cholesterol.
