Winning Moves Easter Giveaway

Soon the kids will be out of school for spring and we'll be looking for ways to keep them occupied. Winning Moves has tons of fun games to help make  your vacation run smoothly. Choose from classic board games you enjoyed as a child to brand new creations kids are sure to love. Here are three of our top picks.

These fabulous oversized foam swines can hit all the pig poses that their little pig dice cousins do! The game includes 2 oversized foam pig dice, 1 oversized score pad, 1 drawstring pig storage pouch, 1 pencil, illustrated instructions and Pass The Pigs history.

My Thoughts

This is a really cute game inspired by a classic that is over 25 years old. The original game was made with small dice, but the goal is still the same.  You roll your pigs and see which way they land. Depending on their position, you can earn points, loose points, or even just get tossed out of the game if they land in an "undignified position".  It's a quick, fun game that kids and adults can both enjoy.

The game includes two pigs, a score pad, instructions, pencil, and storage bag.  The big foam pigs are really cute, but they are  little hard to manage. They are way to big  to play on the table, and even on the floor they bounce more than I expected.  We are getting better with practice, though, and my kids think it's tons of fun.

This classic edition features the delightful artwork from the 70's. It will bring back fond memories and help create new ones! Includes one heavy-duty bi-fold gameboard, 4 movers with plastic bases, oversized spinner and illustrated instructions

My Thoughts

This classic game was one of my favorites when I was a child, and I'm thrilled to be able to share it with my children.  The board is exactly how I remember it from the seventies.  The goal is to reach the 100 mark.  Along the way you can skip some numbers or slip back if you land on one special squares.  There are ladders to climb when kids do a good deed or complete a chore.  If they misbehave, they have to slide back down.

This game comes with the board, spinner, and four tokens.  Both the board and the game pieces are made with sturdy cardboard, ensuring this game will last for a very long time.  My children had so much fun playing this game, and counting up to 100 really helps to improve their math skills.

The game captures the spirit of the cherished story as players' rabbits venture around the board, collecting cards along the way, in a quest to become real.  Game includes a bi-fold gameboard, oversized spinner, 4 cardboard pink hearts, 16 picture cards, 4 Velveteen Rabbit movers with plastic bases and illustrated instructions.

My Thoughts

This game is really adorable. It follows the theme of the book about the Velveteen Rabbit. The goal of the game is to help your rabbit turn into a real bunny instead of just a toy. You achieve this by collecting four tokens which you get when  you land on the corresponding spots along the board. Once all four are collected, you  have to make your way back to the nursery where you'll receive the heart that brings your rabbit to life.

This game is very simple to play and a great choice for younger children. It comes with a nice board, tokens, spinner, and picture cards, all of which are made with sturdy cardboard.  This game is a great choice for an Easter gift since it features such adorable rabbits!

Of course, these are only a few examples of the fun games available from Winning Moves. To view their full collection, be sure to visit their website or follow them via their social media.
