This year, my family got to sample the delicious Santa Cookie Cake. This is a fun choice and great for families with kids. The cake is made from a giant chocolate chip cookie. It's nice and soft and chewy, which is just the way I like them. It was also a lot thicker than I expected. It really is a jumbo cookie in both length and width.  The Santa design is made using yummy icing. The design is really adorable and my kids loved it. For me, the cream was a little too sweet, but I made sure to steal the cheek section.  Overall,  a tasty and unique treat that really puts you in a festive spirit.
