I was super excited to test out the Dear Kate yoga pants. They are very well-made with tight stitching. They can be machine washed in cold water without any fading and hold their form without shrinking when line-dried.The only thing you want to be careful of is size. They run a little small, so be sure to size up.

I've always been nervous exercising in public when its that time of the month. If I wore a pad, it created a noticeable bulge, but with tampons alone, I was concerned about leaking.
