 My Thoughts

  My children love to have bread with dinner, but one of them has a problem tolerating products that contain gluten.  There aren't many choices out there for gluten free rolls, but Brazi Bites has come up with something that is not only gluten free, but delicious too! Brazi Bites are mini rolls that are completely gluten free, come in a variety of fun flavors, and are a treat your whole family will love.

We received a sampler box of Brazi Bites with one of each of their three flavors: Original Cheese Bread, Cheese Bread with Bacon, and Cheese Bread with Roasted Jalepenos. Baking them up is simple. They come already portioned out in a resealable bag that can be stored in your freezer. You just have to lay them on the tray and watch them bake to perfection. In no time at all, you have fresh baked bread that's 100% natural. There are no preservatives, no trans fat, no sugar, and no wheat. There's nothing artificial at all. Just lots of great taste.




I am not much of a cook, but I had no trouble getting my Brazi Bites to come out just right. They cooked evenly, without burning or being too doughy in the center.  With the three great flavors, there was something for everyone. We all enjoyed the cheese and bacon flavors, but left the spicy jalapeno to my husband and teen to enjoy.
