In 1992, Sheila G. Mains, better known in the food business as Sheila G, took a treasured family recipe for fudge brownies and baked her way into a thriving business. So, where exactly did the inspiration for her scrumptious new Brownie Brittle™ snack come from?
Like many brownie aficionados, Sheila is particularly fond of the crispy edges. In fact, on many an afternoon she would walk through the bakery gathering the crispy batter off the sides of the sheet pans as the chocolate brownies cooled in their racks. It had that same rich chocolate taste, but with an amazing crunch. That started her wondering: How could she create a whole pan of crunchy edges? Well, lucky for us, she figured it out! My Thoughts

Brownies are one of my favorite chocolatey treats. One of the best parts for me, aside from licking the bowl, has always been the very edge of the pan. It usually come out just a little crunchy. Brownie Brittle is like getting a whole batch of crunchy brownies, and OMG, I think I died and went to heaven.

Sheila G Brownie Brittle comes in several tasty flavors including Toffee, Chocolate Chip, Mint Chocolate Chip and Salted Caramel. Each piece gives you all the flavor you're used to in brownies, with a tasty, crunchy twist. They are cut into slices just like regular brownies, but much thinner. So it gives you the texture of a cookie but tastes just like fresh baked brownies. They aren't as hard as regular brittle and almost melt in your mouth when you bite int hem. They last longer and stay fresher this way and are a fun and unique snack for the whole family.
