Village Candle Review & Giveaway




If you're anything like me, you always have to have a candle burning in the house. A scented candle really helps to lighten the mood.  The pleasant aroma brightens up the house and the warm flame is relaxing. I always love trying new candle scents. So when I had a chance review the handmade creations from Village Candles,  I was excited to give them a try. They have lots of traditional scents, but also some unique combinations that I had never heard of, like Sweet Tea and Cider Donut.



 I was  picked out the Citrus and Clove candle to try out, which is part of their new Kitchen Collection. This variety is perfect to get you in the mood for the summer. The scent is powerful without being overbearing. It filled the whole house with fragrance and even the next day the scent is still lingering. The lovely glass containers they come in can be reused once the candle burns out for any number of things.  I have been burning mine almost daily for three weeks, and its still going strong. These are candles that will give even the most popular brands a run for their money because they are high quality and affordable.

    The Spring Lilac Candle sounds lovely. As a young girl, I remember walking to school and one of the neighbors had a lilac bush. It smelled wonderful. One day she was cutting some off to make a bouquet and gave me some to give to my teacher.

    I love the wood wick's that are offered in the Radiance line, but the flavor I'd love to smell the most is in the kitchen collection because I am a fruity candle nut! Cranberry Orange : )
