Lucky Leaf Bake Your Heart Out Recipe Book Giveaway (2 Winners)

Lucky Leaf has some exciting news. They are pleased to announce that they have released their
Bake Your Heart Out Recipe Book  which is loaded with tons of tasty treats that are perfect for holiday entertaining. Lucky Leaf cherries and apples are good for more than just a plain old pie filing.  I had a few of my friends over for a gift wrapping party, and I cooked up a few tasty dishes. Here are just one example:

Sweet Apple Crispers with Sugar and Cinnamon Ingredients

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

8 8-inch flour tortillas

1 21-ounce can LUCKY LEAF ® Premium Apple Pie Filling

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon butter, melted

Preparation


In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside.

Spoon LUCKY LEAF Premium Apple Pie Filling down the center of each tortilla. Roll tortillas up tightly, and secure with a wooden toothpick.

In a 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add rolls to the skillet and cook 8 to 10 minutes, or until browned, turning every few minutes.

Brush rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar to coat. Serve warm.
Servings: 8
Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes
