Lil' Sugarplum Review & Giveaway

I have always loved putting bows in my baby's hair. They can add a whole new dimension to any outfit. But now that Willow is getting bigger, and her hair is getting longer, they are more than just a cute accessory. I need to use hair clips to keep the hair out of her eyes and train it to go in the right direction. Right now, her hair is not quite long enough for pony tails, but its definitely started to hang in her eyes. At Lil' Sugarplum, I found hair bows that go above and beyond in quality. For my review, I was sent two different butterfly clips, which are perfect for the spring. The first is an alligator clip, and these work like a charm for keeping the hair out of Willow's eyes, but are also the cutest accessory I could ask for. There were a few things I found unique. First, they use a little piece of Velcro at the back of the bow where the clip this. This helps them stay right where you want them. Second, the bows are use multiple layers of beautiful material, giving the butterflies an almost 3D look. Plus they are accentuated with pearls and crystals. There are definitely not your average hair clips.

The second bow we received is a snap clip. This one is perfect if you have a newborn because it will snap into even a tiny little bit of hair. But even with older kids, it makes a great accent piece or a nice way to hold back a few loose strands that just refuse to cooperate. The detail on this tiny bow is amazing. The pink butterfly even has antennas. And like the alligator clip, it has that little bit of Velcro to ensure that it won't fall off and get lost.

The two clips I received are only a few examples of dozens of beautiful and exotic designs at Lil' Sugarplum.
