Red Pack Tomatoes Review & Giveaway

 I'm Italian, so of course tomatoes are a big part of my life. When I was a little girl, my grandmother used to make her pasta and her sauce completely from scratch. Sunday was pasta night and she would be at it all day, from peeling the tomatoes to picking the basil in the garden. I'm not quite as outgoing as she is, but I do prefer to make my own sauce from canned tomatoes instead of buying ready to use products. One great brand for getting your pasta sauce started is Red Pack.

Red Pack is part of the Red Gold family and they are well known for their amazing tomatoes. For my review, we received a can of whole peeled tomatoes and crushed tomatoes. These products are made with 100% natural ingredients. If you read the ingredients on the back of the can, you won't need a dictionary. Its pretty much just tomatoes with a little bit of salt. The tomatoes we tried tasted as fresh as if I picked them from the vine myself. We only needed to add in a few herbs to make the perfect sauce. Its great for pasta sauce and pizza sauce, and its a fresh and natural alternative.

On the Red Gold website, you can find tons of other tomato based products including ketchup, salsa, juice and pastes. They also have dozens of tasty recipes for using their all natural tomatoes.
