Giant Microbes Spring Review & Giveaway

Giant Microbes has some new additions to their family just in time for Spring. Welcome to the family Hay Fever, Tick and Chagas. Each of these cute little toys represents one of the common threats we face in the Spring. If you have a child that suffers from allergies, Hay Fever will not only give them a friend to cuddle to help them through it, he will also teach kids exactly what causes allergies. Chagas is a new one to me, but apparently it is caused by kissing bugs and causes a swelling in the eye.

Giant Microbe's are great toys that are based on what the actual germs and bugs that cause sicknesses look like, only magnified a million times. We were lucky enough to be able to review the plush Tick. Not only is he cute and cuddly, he also comes with lots of info about the dangers he presents, like lime disease. Our toy tick will help remind us this spring to check all over for ticks when we come inside from playing. This little toy not only provided educational info for me and the kids, but also made ticks seem a little less threatening because the plush tick is just too cute not to love.



The new spring toys are only a few examples of dozens of plush and vinyl animals you can choose from in the Giant Microbes collection. They also have ailments like diarrhea, the flu, stomach aches, sore throats, ear aches and the common cold.   They also have mini dolls in a petri dish and some of the dolls even make sounds.  All of the toys are available for everyday low prices and would make a unique and educational gift for any child of any age.
