Better Batter Review & Giveaway

I like to know what goes into my food and I am always looking for new brands that are made with wholesome and healthy ingredients. A great little company I found, called Better Batter, does just that and more. Their line of gluten free products are perfect for people with food allergies, but taste so good that everyone will want to give them a try. Plus their large portions give you twice the value of other brands. I was lucky enough to have the chance to try out some of their amazing products and I was very impressed with them. I am going to tell you about the two that were my favorites.

Pancakes are our favorite morning breakfast so I was thrilled to try out this product. My husband made faces at me when he saw the package said  gluten free. But he knows better than to argue with me, so he went ahead and mixed up the batter. It was simple to make.  There were no messy clumps, and the batter cooked evenly.  They smelled wonderful as they were cooking, and a few minutes later we each had a nice big fluffy pancake on our plates Then it was time to dig in. Everyone loved them. My kids never knew it was anything other than our typical store brand, and even my husband had to grudgingly admit that they tasted as good as pancakes from a restaurant.   I will definitely be making these pancakes again next weekend.

The brownies were even better. They  were super easy to prepare. You just have to add in a few ingredients like eggs, oil, butter or water.  I hate cooking, but Better Batter makes it easy and even my kids were able to help with no problems. The brownies came out light and fluffy. They cooked evenly, and tasted great! But the most important thing is that this brownie mix, like all Better Batter products is free of gluten.  All in all, dealing with Better Batter  was a great baking experience.
