Coffee Mate Holiday Flavors Review & Prize Pack Giveaway

I am a big fan of Coffee Mate flavored creamers. I can't drink a cup of coffee without it, and  between my husband and I, we go through about at least six bottles of it a week. Most of you are probably familiar with them as well, and maybe you've even tried their classic flavors like vanilla, amaretto and hazelnut. They are a great way to bring that coffee house flavor into your home. But have your tried their limited edition holiday flavors? If you haven't, you are missing out on something spectacular. 

I tried out most of the holiday flavors and they are a wonderful way to put you in the holiday spirit. The amazing flavor options include Caramel Apple, Sugar and Spice,  Pumpkin Spice, Eggnog, Peppermint Mocha and Gingerbread. I personally loved every single one of them and stocked up by buying about five of each. They are limited edition so they won't be around long, and I want to make sure I get to enjoy them as long as possible.

But wait, there's more to Coffee Mate then just great coffee. Did you realize there are tons of recipes that can be taken to a whole new level just by adding a little Coffee Mate Flavored Creamer? There are dozens of tasty recipes available on their website. One of my favorite examples is the Eggnog Tiramisu. Check out the recipe below and see why it makes my mouth water.

Eggnog Tiramisu

This variation of the traditional Italian dessert has just the right amount of eggnog flavor. Assembles easily and is perfect for your holiday dessert table.

Yield: 8

Ingredients:

1 pkg. (2.8 to 3.1 oz.) milk or dark chocolate mousse mix
1 cup Eggnog Latte Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
1 pkg. (8 oz.) mascarpone cheese or 1 pkg. (8 oz.) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
1 cup espresso or 2 tablespoons NESCAFÉ TASTER'S CHOICE House Blend 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules, dissolved in 1 cup hot water, cooled to room temperature
1 to 2 tablespoons brandy
2 pkg. (3 to 3.5 oz. each) ladyfingers, divided
Shaved or grated chocolate

Instructions:

PREPARE mousse mix according to package directions using 1 cup Coffee-mate instead of milk. Beat cheese into prepared mousse.

COMBINE coffee and brandy in small bowl. Line bottom of 8-inch-square baking dish with half of ladyfingers; drizzle with half of coffee mixture. Spoon half of mousse mixture over ladyfingers; top with remaining ladyfingers. Drizzle with remaining coffee mixture. Spoon remaining mousse mixture over ladyfingers. Sprinkle with chocolate. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
