Holiday Gift Guide - My Baby's Green Review & Giveaway

 I am always looking for safe toys for my baby. Because she puts everything in her mouth, I will only buy toys that I know are chemical free. Its important to know exactly what your toys are made us, and that there is no lead paint or other things that can  make children sick. At My Baby's Green, I found green toys that are cute, fun and safe for babies and children. They have brought together all the best manufacturers of toys, clothing, and baby gear out there. For our review, we received the adorable Solid Drum from Plan Toys. My husband is a musician so we have been encouraging her to make her own music whenever possible. It is made from natural wood and colored with lead free dyes.  It comes with a stick that is easy for babies to grip but with a soft tip in case they accidentally hit their head instead of the drum . The tip is very firmly secured to the drumstick, so  I don't have to worry when she puts  it in her mouth. She sat and played with her drum for hours. For a toy, it produced a surprisingly good sound. And now, next time we head off to a drum circle, Willow will have a drum of her own to take with her. At only $22.95, this drum would make an excellent gift for any baby or toddler.
