Organic Batter Blaster Review & Giveaway

I'm not much of a cook. This time of year my chef hubby is home, but in the summer I'm on my own and the microwave is my best friend. Breakfast usually consists of cereal or instant oatmeal because I manage to screw up even the simplest recipes.  But with Batter Blaster making pancakes is so easy, even I can't screw it up. You just shake, squirt and cook and in minutes you have light fluffy pancakes that your whole family will love. Its even certified USDA organic which is something I'm always looking for in the products I purchase.

My family really enjoyed the Batter Blaster Pancakes. We made them this morning for  breakfast. The batter comes out at the perfect consistency for pancakes. They cooked evenly and tasted light and fluffy when they were done. The one can was just enough for my family (four us not including my newborn).  The only thing that some people may not like is that one can costs about the same as most boxes of mix. A box would last for several meals, instead of just one. But for someone like me who hates to cook and looks for the easiest way and not always the cheapest, Batter Blaster is the perfect choice.
