It's July, which means summer heat has reached a crescendo. Just walking from the house to the car, you can get covered in sweat. You can use this oil for cleaning and purifying. It's helpful for hot flashes and eases the symptoms of asthma. It also can help to reduce yucky foot sweat!
Be Cool Roll-On Oil - This is one of my favorite roll-ons so far. It's made using all the oils mentioned plus a little lavender, all blended with jojoba oil. The aroma is invigorating, and I really did feel cooler after applying it. As a bonus, it reduces perspiration and can be used as a deodorant.
