My Thoughts

The Space Between us is a futuristic romance. Gardner has lived his entire life at a settlement on Mars. He meets a girl named Tulsa online and dreams of going to earth to meet her. When he finally decides to visit his father, he has his chance to make two dreams come true. But there is only one problem. He finds he has a  heart condition and can't survive long on earth. Now he must race to find his father and learn about about why he came to be the way that he is.  Along the way, his relationship with Tulsa deepens, and he's not sure how he's ever going to leave her behind.

This was great movie. It's definitely a unique story line that is different than anything else I've seen recently. I love the combination of Sci-Fi, romance, and adventure. The characters were easy to relate to and the ending was unexpected. My teen daughter loved it as much as I did. It's a wonderful film that the whole family can enjoy.
