I usually prepare a french toast casserole the night before and then toss in the oven in the morning. I've never made breakfast in a slow cooker, but might give it a try.

I have never cooked breakfast in a Crock Pot, but what a great idea. I usually have cereal or toast...I'm pretty busy in the mornings since I hit the snooze button a couple times in the morning.

I will make a large pot of hot whole-grain cereal on the stove the night before and refrigerate it overnight. Then, I take portions of it and heat it in the microwave with some milk and eat that for breakfast. I never tried it in a slow-cooker.

I have never used a crockpot to make breakfast, but my grandsons love to have oatmeal when they spend the night. The specifically ask for it. Maybe I'll try to use a crockpot to fix their oatmeal.

Gluten free chocolate chip or blueberry pancakes. I've never used a crockpot to make breakfast. I also love making anything with eggs...omelets, scrambled, hard or soft boiled, poached...just love them every way.

I don't really do anything different for breakfast during the holiday season. It is all about dinner for us! We use our crockpot to make our vegetarian bbq "meat"balls every Winter Solstice. It is SO easy. Three 10oz bags of your fav, frozen veggie meatball, 2 bottles of your fav spicy/smokey bbq sauce, and 1 bbq jar's worth of grape juice. Cook all day in your crockpot and enjoy with some fresh bread. DELISH! :-D

I don't cook a lot of breakfast during the holidays, it's mostly toast, smoothies, fruit or cereal. I've collected some crockpot breakfast casserole recipes, but I haven't tried them yet.

We actually go to my dads house for Christmas breakfast. We have Mickey mouse waffles, eggs, and bacon. I have never had breakfast in my crockpot but I might look into making something in my crockpot for New Years day!
