Wisconsin Cheese is a nonprofit organization that is funded by Wisconsin’s dairy farmers to help promote over 600 varieties, types and styles of Wisconsin cheese and the other dairy products. For every 100 pounds of milk produced, 10 cents goes into the dairy board to promote cheese.
