My Thoughts
I've always been very particular when it comes to perfumes. I can't take
anything with a heavy scent and I don't want to smell like a grandma.
Essence of Beauty is perfect for me. They are more like a body spritz
than perfume because they are so light and airy. Spritzing them onto
your skin is a refreshing treat, especially on a hot day. They spray on
evenly, dry quickly, and never stain your clothes. I was able to try out
the two new fall scents--Kiss of Honey and Dark Violet. I enjoyed them all so much, it's impossible to pick a
favorite. The violet one is like a bouquet of flowers while the honest fragrance is more subtle. They are both unique with fresh scents that make you think of fall walks each time you use them. They also bridge the generation gap
because my teenage daughter loves them just as much as I do.
Essence of Beauty offers several advantages over other perfumes, at least for me. In my little town, there are no department stores where I can purchase fancy fragrances. I would have to drive an hour away. With Essence of Beauty, I can pick up a bottle at my local CVS, which is literally two blocks from my house. Even more impressive is the price! $6.99 a bottle? That is almost insane for the amount of product you're getting. One bottle should last for months, even if you reapply several times a day.
Overall, I am extremely impressed with the quality and huge fragrance selections available from Essence of Beauty. There are so many difference choices, each person is sure to find the scent that's perfect for them. ReplyDeleteI tried the Honey 2 weeks ago and the Violet today. The Honey is a scrubber. meaning, you come home and you try to scrub it off. I have smelled that combo, which is a sticky sweet plus amber, nothing unusual, better in other forms and even then, never for me. If you like Vick's Secret Amber you may like it.
ReplyDeleteViolet is much better. Don't be fooled if it is not real strong. It has staying power, the musk is not "musky" and it's definitely a velvety soft violet floral. HUGE hit!
