The Lunch Balancer is definitely my favorite subscription box so far. Not only did it have a HUGE selection of healthy products I actually enjoyed, it helped me make them into an easy meal I can eat at home or on the go. When I'm home, I rarely take the time to make myself something healthy to eat. Now I get eat a real meal with little to no effort. They are also great for school or work because the items are non-perishable. You can take the whole box and store in it your desk or pack your kids a fun and nutritious lunch. Plus they always toss in some fun bonus samples. This month is was gourmet instant coffee from NuviaTrim and OmegaSwirl Mango Peach Fish Oil. What you'll get is always a surprise, but the one thing you can count on is that you'll be getting the balanced meals you need to keep you focused and energetic all day long.

  1. I love how they're balanced meals. I always struggle with enough protein in school lunches, so it would be great to get some new ideas!

  2. Each Lunch Balancer meal includes three to four ounces (21 to 28 grams) of protein, and portioned carbs, you’ll feel more full and satisfied after eating our meals. As a result, you’ll snack less between meals. Plus, this reduces the release of the fat-storing hormone, insulin. All together, this promotes weight control and balanced blood sugar.
