Holistic Pain Relief with TheraPearl - Review & #Giveaway

I got to try out a few of the products from TheraPearl and I was really impressed with how well they work with both hot and cold. Using them is pretty simple. If you want to use heat, it takes literally seconds in the microwave. The exact time will vary based on the strength of your microwave.  For cold therapy, they will need to stay in the freezer for a few hours.  First I tried the neck wrap. I spent a lot of time typing and sometimes this causes my neck and shoulders muscles to feel stiff and sore. Using the heated neck wrap provided immediate relief of the stiffness. Using it as I work keeps aches and pains at bay and makes me feel like I'm getting a spa treatment right at my desk. The horseshoe shape and various pockets allows the heat to distribute evenly.  It took me a few tries to get it just the right temperature in the microwave, but now that I have the hang of it, it comes out perfectly every time.They also stay warmer a lot longer than other therapy packs I've tried.

 I also got to try the back wrap with the strap which I wanted for my husband. He has sciatica, and often experiences severe lower back pain. He's also a chef which means he spends a lot of time of his feet. He likes to alternate between hot and cold therapy so this was perfect for him. He'll freeze it overnight and wear it cold first, then once it starts to thaw, he can heat it up for some soothing warmth. The adjustable strap will fit a wide array of body sizes and helps the pack stay in place, even if you're walking around. He has had a much easier time at work since he started using the TheraPearl Wrap every night. It works great for back pain, but I love that it can also be worn around the front of your body for relief of cramps just as easily. This two in one product is a wonderful way to treat a variety of aches and pains.
