Pirate's Booty is celebrating the release of this fun new product by hosting a contest. You can enter to win losts of fun prizes by posting your cheesiest joke on Pirate’s Booty’s Facebook page, or by posting the joke on Twitter, Vine or Instagram with the hashtag #MacAndCheesyJoke and tag @PiratesBooty. The submission period is 6/9 - 7/14; public voting period from 7/17 - 7/24 where the top joke will be selected. The Grand Prize is a family trip for four to the Wisconsin Dells. 

My Thoughts

If there are two things my children love, it's Pirate's Booty and Mac & Cheese. The two of them merging into one tasty side dish was like a dream come true for them. As a mom, I'm happy too because they are loaded with all types of good things!  The pasta is made from organic wheat, they use only real cheese, and there is no trans fat or artificial ingredients!

  

We cooked up a batch of Pirate's Booty for dinner and it's both convenient and fun. You can use it as a side dish or as a full meal. All you have to do is add milk, water, and butter and in about fifteen to twenty minutes, it's ready to go. While you're waiting to enjoy it, kids can play the fun games on the back of the box, like spotting the differences or counting the doubloons that fell out of the treasure chest.

My family loved the Pirate's Booty Mac and Cheese. One box was just enough for all four of my children. They range in age from two to thirteen, and they all loved it.  All four varieties are packed with flavor. The pasta comes out just the right texture. It isn't too mushy or too hard. The cheese sauces taste amazing. Pirate's Booty Mac & Cheese is definitely a new family favorite for us and will be a side dish for many meals to come.
