Lalaloopsy Bubbly Ocean Seabreeze Mermaid Doll - Review & #Giveaway

 Kids will have a ton of Lalaloopsy fun in or out of the water with this Lalaloopsy Bubbly Magical Mermaid Doll! Ocean Seabreeze is ready to have some bubbly fun in the tub! Just add bubble solution to her hair, squeeze her tail and watch bubbles "grow" from her hair! She comes with a pet octopus that squirts water.

 My Thoughts

The new Lalaloopsy Mermaids are an adorable new addition to the family. We received the Ocean Seabreeze doll and my daughter loves her.  Each set comes with the doll, a bottle of foaming bubbles, and an octopus companion that works like  squirt gun.   The dolls have the same adorable button eyes that are the trade-mark of Lalaloopsy, but these dolls are extra special because they are waterproof. She also has a pretty fin and a pearl crown, none of which are detachable so they won't get lost.  And let's not forget the magical bubbles!

In order to get the bubbles to work, all you have to do is add the solution to the opening in her hair, and squeeze her tail. Foaming bubbles will appear that make her look like she is crowned in a halo of suds.  A little goes a long way and I was impressed to see how many bubbles we created with just a small amount of solution.  My daughter had a blast and had bubbles all over the tub and her hair. When she was finished playing, it all rinsed off easily with the detachable shower head.

There is definitely a lot to love about these cute and well-made toys. They are fun to play with in the tub, and my daughter even enjoyed bringing her mermaid in the pool, though we left the bubbles out for that. Once she dries off, she's as good as new. The material doesn't get moldy, the colors won't fade at all, and we had no issues with any limbs or other pieces detaching, even after some rough play.
