My Thoughts

Summer is almost here! For me, summer means new shoes! I wait all year for the chance to pull out my sandals and set my toes free. My husband doesn't get as excited about shoes as I do. Its a trial for him to find ones he likes and he dreads going shoe shopping.  I've found the only  place I can take him to get stylish shoes at affordable prices is  Famous Footwear. They carry all the top brands including Sketchers, Nike, Steve Madden, Roxy and so many more.  Last week, I took my husband to Famous Footwear and I found some really terrific deals on their summer fashions.

There were thousands of shoes to choose from, but I was specifically looking for something dressy. My husband has been wearing the same ratty dress shoes for ten years, even though I've gotten him new ones before, he won't wear them. He always has an excuse. They're too tight. Too shiny. They're old man shoes. But at Famous Footwear, I knew he would find something he'd love.  We headed to the mens' section and found a nice selection of casual and formal shoes and lots of fun summer styles, all of which were under $60 a pair. There were also plenty of accessories.

The staff was really friendly and helped my husband measure his foot to ensure he got just the right size for style and comfort. After trying on over a dozen different shoes, Timmie settled on a pair of Dockers. Normally $69.99, these shoes were on sale for only $54.99. With our $50 GC, we snagged them for $4.99!   All in all, it was a another great shopping experience at Famous Footwear and they remain my top choice for all my footwear needs.

Oh yeah, and the kids had with the mirrors while they were waiting :)
