We were lucky enough to receive a GeoSafari Tuff Scope to review, and my kids love it. You are able to explore images up to 400x their original size. Its actually a two in one product which gives it a great advantage over other toy microscopes. You can use it on your desk top with the permanent base station. But it can also be removed and taken with you on the go, so kids can explore and learn where ever you go. Kids can take the scope outside to study plant life and insects, which is a great way to encourage kids to play outside. It features 2x continuous optical zoom, transmissive and reflective LED Lighting, and a storage drawer.
