Trim Treads Review & Giveaway

Exercising is important, but with three kids its not always easy to find the time to exercise as much as I'd like to. That's where Trim Treads
come in.  These fancy little shoes help you burn twice as many calories as exercise alone. Plus they strengthen leg muscles, improve your posture and circulation, and even improve back health.

For my review, I received the sandals in grass. I wanted to try them out because I am looking for any way possible to loose these last few pounds of baby weight. I didn't really think I would enjoy wearing them.  But they are actually very comfortable. I can wear them walking to the park with my kids and I don't even realize I have them om. Even after just a few days, I can feel the difference in my calves. And as an added bonus, when I'm wearing them I don't have to stand on my tip toes to give my hubby a kiss.

In addition to the sandals, Trim Treads also has boots and clogs. They are very versatile and you can wear them at almost any time. Just avoid using them in wet areas and while driving. Give them a try for just 30 minutes a day and you could be on your way to a healthier you.
