Summer Birthday Bash! Young Picasso Canvas Painting Kit Review and Giveaway

Art is an such an important aspect of life. Whether its music, writing, or painting, being able to create is what  makes people unique. I encourage my kids to create whenever possible. They both play instruments, my daughter loves writing stories (just like her mommy), and they both love to draw. We recently got to try out the Young Picasso Canvas Painting Kit from Noodle Head , and my kids had a blast.

We had a big thunderstorm here on Monday so it was the perfect day for indoor crafts. My daughter was so excited to see the real canvas that came with her art kit. It made her feel like a professional.  It was a learning experience as well because we used the primary color acrylic paints it came with and mixed them to make new colors. It also comes with two different size brushes. The larger one is great for the backgrounds while the smaller one allows for more detail.  My daughter created the beautiful work of art of the right and she was very proud of herself.

The kit also came with two smaller canvas boards and my son got to work with them. These smaller sizes can easily be framed and make great gifts for parents and grandparents. Who wouldn't treasure these handmade creations from a child they love? We had hours of fun with our Young Picasso. And when we were all done clean up was easy and the little bit of paint that got onto the table came up easily.
