Just to respond to the comment about using them when you are pregnant. The safest way to enjoy the benefits of essential oils is by inhaling them as aromatherapy. After the first trimester it is perfectly fine to use a product like Sleep Scentsations! It can actually help you relax during labor!!

However, it should not be used on varnished or unpainted wood surfaces. Before using it on a surface where you have never used it before check a small hidden area for surface safety first.
